In this fast-paced, stressful world we live in, is there a way we can decompress, regain our center and experience the peace we seek? Join John Bednarik as he explores the power of meditation to help us transform our lives and find the joy and serenity we’re longing for.

John Bednarik is an occupational safety and health technologist. As such he investigates industrial accidents and illness in the workplace. John was involved in disaster relief at the World Trade Center, for Hurricane Katrina and Flight 800.

As is evident by his profession, John is no stranger to stress. When asked how he can keep his cool when faced with human tragedy, John says, “I have been meditating for over 30 years. This has given me the stability to do what has to be done, not be personally overwhelmed in the process and help others.”

John has discovered a path to greater health, happiness, and peace. In his presentation, he will introduce a basic meditation technique which can improve the quality of everyday life by reducing stress, improving health and bringing deep inner peace.

There is no charge or donation requested to attend this talk. We hope everyone who can will attend.
